When orders ship

In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; we do not ship on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Orders placed and paid before 1:00 p.m. Central on a shipping day normally ship the same day; later orders ship on the next shipping day. Shipping estimates start from pickup and do not include order processing time.

Some items are built to order, as noted on their product pages; building and shipping usually takes up to two weeks. Our inventory can change during the day, so an item shown as in stock may occasionally be out of stock. If that happens we will email you right away with the option to wait or cancel. Most out-of-stock items are back in stock within two weeks.

We need a valid phone number to confirm the shipping address if necessary. For individual sales we cannot ship to freight forwarders unless arranged before ordering.

Shipping within the U.S.

U.S. orders ship by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. A signature may be required on orders over $250 or when the address includes an apartment, suite or office number. To request delivery without a signature, contact support@xacttone.com or (615) 742-8663.

International shipping

International orders ship in a sturdy box by USPS Priority Mail International, with tracking, and are fully insured against loss or damage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. An email with tracking details is sent on the day your order ships.

Customs processing times vary by country and are not included in USPS delivery estimates.
Import duties and taxes are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
We cannot declare an order at a lower value or as a gift. To keep our ability to ship internationally, each shipment's value and type are declared as shown on its commercial invoice.
Orders returned to XTS as unclaimed or refused are refunded for the product only; shipping is not refunded. Please watch your tracking for customs and delivery updates.
